What is it?
Arthritis refers to pain and stiffness around the joints. It is caused by inflammation in and around thoses joints. There are many types but the two mains ones are osteoarthritis (wear and tear) and rheumatoid arthritis (called an auto immune disease).
How do I recogonise it?
Most patients complain of the following:
